Refund & Return Policy
No refund of part or whole of the purchase price will be given for change of mind once any Made to Order or Custom item(s) has been made or the process of making has begun.
No refund of part or whole of any postage costs will be refunded to the customer if the item is lost or damaged due to the negligence or mishandling by the courier/shipping provider, or if the delivery arrival time is delayed or extended due by the courier/shipping provider.
Refund of part or whole of the purchase amount will be made ONLY if the received Made to Order or Custom product(s) does not fulfil the customisation given by the customer. A replacement item may also be made and sent at the retailers expense if this instance occurs and a refund be made if the customer is not satisfied with the replacement item(s).
Refund of part or whole of the purchase amount will be made ONLY if the received product(s) differs significantly from the description or images given (keeping in mind that colours in photos may differ from the physical object).
