Shipping policy

All domestic shipping are through Australia Post and all shipped orders will receive a tracking number upon postage.

Finding Fi is not responsible for any lost or misdirected orders due to the incorrect input of the shipping address.  Please ensure the address entered is correct, including unit numbers, street numbers and post or zip codes.

We understand mistakes do happen and if orders are returned due to customer error, repostage 'may' be offered once only.

Postage times are additional to processing/production/make times.  Express Post does not mean express production/fulfillment of your order.  If you require an item to be delivered before a specific date, please contact us before hand to ensure your times lines can be met.
